Carmin founded Magnolia Custom Homes out of frustration over the poor workmanship and uninteresting floor plans she discovered when searching for her family's home. Her passion for design and building has propelled her to become one of the premier homebuilder's in the Chicago area. Her work has been featured in national and local publications such as The Chicago Tribune, The Daily Herald, and House Beautiful magazine. She was also featured on HGTV's "Dream House" series as she built her own family home.
